The Crafter's Collective IN PERSON event takes place in the gorgeous NYLO Hotel in Las Colinas, Texas.
All the events/workshops/parties take place at this one location.
You'll want to take advantage of staying onsite where all the action is!

We want to make your experience as uncomplicated as possible! Simply arrive in Dallas, Texas (event hotel is an easy 10 minute drive from DFW airport) and we take care of the rest.

FAQ's for In Person and Virtual Attendees

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
Whether you're a brand new crafter who has no idea where to start, or a seasoned pro who loves all things craft and die cutting, this retreat is for you!  We will have just about every skill level represented at our event.  From newbies to long time crafters, you will find this experience fun, uplifting and a complete crafting confidence builder.

HOW BIG IS THE GROUP?
We have room for 80.  Keeping this event to no more than 80 will help keep within guidelines for safely gathering during COVID19, but also so you can get 1:1 time with Traci if you need crafting support in the classroom setting.  Plus...there will be other activities throughout the 2.5 days that in-person attendees will have which will allow you to interact with Traci, Traci's Team, your friends, and our guest presenters.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION?
Almost everything!! You arrive via your own transportation, and we will help you with the rest.  Your breakfast and lunch are taken care Friday & Saturday, and all content and material, event classes etc. included. The only thing not included is hotel, airfare or travel to/from event and evening meals. You WILL need to bring a few basic craft supplies to the event.  You will be given all the details in emails and your concierge call.

FAQ's for In Person Attendees

WHERE DOES THE RETREAT TAKE PLACE?
The Crafter's Collective retreat takes place at the NYLO Hotel in Las Colinas, Texas. Located conveniently between Dallas and Fort Worth, Las Colinas has many other hotels, restaurants, and shopping nearby.  Want to take a stroll through the venue?  Try out the 360 degree walk through here!
WHERE IS THE NEAREST AIRPORT?
The DFW International Airport is conveniently 10 minutes from the host hotel (NYLO).
Additionally, Dallas Love Field airport is located in Dallas - 17 minutes to the host hotel. (NYLO)
HOW BIG IS THE GROUP? 
We are capping the number of attendees to 80 at most, in keeping with guidelines for safely gathering during COVID19, and to make sure each attendee has enough room to comfortably craft.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR, PACK, BRING? 
We will provide a packing list and other helpful details for the retreat in October after you register.  You'll also schedule a private call with our Retreat Concierge to answer any questions you have and make sure you know what craft supplies you need to bring or purchase once you arrive for the event.  But here's a hint...if you're a VIP purchaser, bring one nice outfit...and if you're here to have any fun at all with new friends, bring a set of pajamas to wear to a group pajama party!
HOW DO I GET THERE? 
If you choose to fly, you can take a taxi, rental car or Uber/Lyft to the location.  After flying into DFW or Love Field, the hotel is very easily accessible.  Meet up with fellow attendees ahead of time in our private Facebook group to coordinate a rental car or other transportation with those arriving the same time as you.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?  
Due to the nature of the live event, details are planned and personalized far in advance for each our attendees, so all deposits and payments are 100% non-refundable.  If you want to transfer your ticket to another person, reach out to us and let us know, we can help you so we have an accurate listing of who's coming and have the correct information on any personalized items.  LAST DAY TO TRANSFER A TICKET IS SEPTEMBER, 14TH, 2021. Also, please read below our COVID19 Policies.
I’M BOOKING MY FLIGHT, WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AND DEPART? 
The event officially kits off Friday morning, October 15th at 8 AM to Saturday, October 16th at 2:30 PM. BUT we are having a VIP "Meet, Mingle & Make" event Thursday, October 14th that's an extra fee and we would love for you to join us for this special event...more details about this VIP event are on the purchase page. Book your travel so you can attend the full program so you don't miss any of the special planned experiences.
WILL I ACTUALLY GET TO SPEAK WITH TRACI? 
YES! Traci is there to teach you and give guidance on all the craft projects she has planned that will be created in the event.  PLUS...Traci will be mingling with everyone on site and you will have ample opportunity to get some of her time!  So if you are in-person, you'll have plenty of opportunity for this...and if you sign up as a VIP, you'll get even more personal attention and time with Traci on Thursday night in a more personal setting.  Like always, the virtual attendees will also get most of their questions posted for Traci and her team to address from the stage at the event in Dallas.
WHAT ARE MY TRANSPORTATION/PARKING OPTIONS FOR GETTING TO AND FROM THE EVENT?
If you choose to fly, you can take a taxi or Uber/Lyft to the location or easily drive yourself if you are local.  There's no fee to park at the hotel and there is plenty of space to accommodate everyone.
WHAT IF I HAVE A DIETARY NEED?
Let us know in advance when registering and we can easily accommodate you!  The NYLO Hotel is able to accommodate most common food allergies or dietary preferences.  We can work together to make sure you have what you need for the meals that are included in the Crafter's Collective event.
DO I HAVE TO STAY ON THE PROPERTY?
No, but to get the full experience we hope you stay for all the fun planned on Thursday and Friday evenings.  If you are virtual then I don't suppose this applies.  :)
IS THERE A SPECIAL ROOM RATE AT THE NYLO FOR PARTICIPANTS?
YES! We have reserved a block of rooms for the special rate of $109. When calling the hotel, please make sure to ask for the Print Cut Craft IN PERSON Retreat special rate.  Use group code GPCC02 when booking (be sure you are entering the code in the Group Column (and not the Promotional Code for example).

The wholesalers (e.g. Expedia, Priceline, etc.) as well as some group discount groups (e.g. AAA, AARP, Military, Hilton Honors rewards, etc.) MAY still have rates which are better than the ones Print Cut Craft can secure. If you have one of those options available to you, you may want to shop those options for even better rates, but we are assured that our group rate will not be more than $109/night if you stay during the nights of the event and enter the code into the Group Code section when purchasing.

IS IT OK IF THE NAME ON MY TICKET OR REGISTRATION DOESN'T MATCH THE PERSON WHO ATTENDS?
No, all tickets must match on the registration. If you are wanting to transfer your ticket, you must contact our office prior to the event. We will be having some projects and goodies that are personalized and need to have an accurate name of who will be attending.
DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT? 
No, as long as you have an ID to check in at registration you are good to go.
ARE THERE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER THE EVENT?
Must be 13 years of age and able to do projects on your own to attend. Each person that attends will pay regular ticket price for attendance and swag bags.  Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by someone over 18 and each person requires a full ticket to attend.  Needless to say, if you are virtual, then the age restrictions do not apply.
WHEN IS THE AST DAY I CAN SIGN UP FOR THE IN PERSON EVENT?
September 30 or whenever the 80 tickets are sold is the last day to sign up to attend in person and still get your personalized items at the live event.

FAQ's for Virtual Attendees

DO WE GET THE SAME CRAFT KIT AS IN-PERSON ATTENDEES?  
In-person attendees will receive additional items than what is available for virtual attendees.  However, all the craft projects for the event are available in the optional craft kit available from Print Cut Craft.  So, yes, for all projects being done at the live streamed event, in person and virtual attendees will have access to the same craft kit contents.  Virtual attendees who choose to purchase the craft kit from Print Cut Craft will receive all the basics needed for these projects including signs, wood pieces, specialty items, etc.  Like all our kits, you will need to choose and provide your own paper, vinyl, and embellishments.  Like in-person attendees, you will also need to provide your own scissors, tape, glue, and other crafting basics.

If you get the craft kit from Print Cut Craft, UPS shipping of the kit is included in the cost for residents of the Lower 48 US States.  USPS shipping is included for Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories.  International shipping will be extra and we will contact you once we determine the additional fees required based on your location.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?  
Due to the nature of the live event, details are planned, materials are ordered, and some items may be personalized far in advance for each our attendees, so all deposits and payments are 100% non-refundable.
WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION OF IF THE LIVE STREAM FAILS?
Like all our events, we will have pre-recorded sessions for any that you miss or that you lose Internet connection for.  Additionally, we will post the live stream recorded sessions after the event as well.  If for any reason the recordings of the live event are not available, we will hold an online live stream of the missed sessions within two weeks of the event.
WHAT IF I ATTEND VIRTUALLY FROM OUTSIDE THE USA?  
You'll still be able to be a part of the festivities!  You'll just pay slightly more in shipping the kit to your location.  Print Cut Craft will charge extra to cover the additional international shipping fees (we anticipate this being under $40 USD extra for most international locations) after you sign up, but we will reach out to you first to find the most effective way to ship to your international address.

WHEN IS THE LAST DAY I CAN SIGN UP FOR THE VIRTUAL EVENT?
September 30 is the last day we can ensure you will get your kit on time for the event, should you order the kit.  You can sign up for the event as a virtual attendee up to the day of the event on the 15th of October...however, you will be unlikely to have all your supplies or the Print Cut Craft Retreat Kit on time.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR CRAFTERS COLLECTIVE RETREAT 

We have taken measures to ensure the health and safety of guests attending our events. However, there is no way to eliminate the inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 that comes with an in-person event. By attending this event, you voluntarily agree to assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. You agree not to attend if you test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days prior to attending our retreat or display symptoms associated with COVID-19. Bottom line, please be forthcoming to keep us all safe and healthy.

- Traci Gibson requires all guests to confirm via email (info@printcutcraft.net), no cold or flu-like symptoms 48 hours from arrival.
- We recommend obtaining proof of a negative PCR test 72 hours prior to your travel.
- We ask guests to be respectful of other guests and our staff and keep a safe distance. Masks are not required, but we ask that when unable to safely distance from others, guests use their discretion.
- We ask that guests bring their own masks.
- Unfortunately, testing is not fool-proof and might be taken pre-incubation. We must also acknowledge the potential for travel exposure, post-test results/arrival. Although we will not require on-site mask-wearing, we do ask that you wear a mask when appropriate such as heading out into the local community. 
- Our host venue has many ample spaces to work outside or inside and spread out with open-air ventilation via doors and windows. As such, you will want to bring layers in case of cool weather. 
- Most meals will be enjoyed inside or you may take boxed lunches to the place of your choosing.
- You are an adult and will take personal responsibility for your comfort and risk level.  


COVID Cancellation Policy

All deposits/payments are non-refundable but can be used towards a future Crafter's Collective experience or product until December 31, 2022 with a notice via email and your reason is COVID related. 

Traci Gibson requires all guests to confirm a lack of COVID or flu-like symptoms 48 hours from arrival via email. Traci Gibson cannot offer any COVID related credits any later than 48 hours from arrival on-site.

Once onsite if you present symptoms or feel sick then we will ask you to self-isolate and we will provide all the help we can, which may include: help to get you to an off-site accommodation location, test, and treatment if necessary.

We strongly recommend purchasing refundable airline tickets for and also travel insurance that covers all possible issues related to travel including delays or change of schedules if this is a concern for you.
